Nikola works at Tenstorrent on the team building a compiler to train models on custom hardware, focusing on the tooling and infrastructure that keep things fast and correct. Outside of work he mentors high school and university students on ML through pfe.rs and mind.etf. To clear his head and make room for new ideas, he recently took up salsa dancing 💃.
