Olesia Krindach is a Machine Learning Engineer at Yandex, and a self-declared lover of robots and robotics.

She started her career in machine learning, working on tasks such as face recognition and automatic speech recognition. Later she became interested in robotics and began exploring it through small hands-on projects involving low-level robotics tasks and scenario testing in simulation.

Over time, this focus grew into real projects. Olesia has worked with a variety of robotic platforms, including wheeled and humanoid robots. She currently trains vision-language-action (VLA) models using simulation-generated data.
